Refund Policy

At Next Gen Tennis Academy, we strive to offer the best possible training and experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our programs and services.

1. Coaching Sessions
  • Booked sessions are non-refundable.

  • If a participant is unable to attend a session, we may offer rescheduling based on availability and at our discretion.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a reschedule.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

2. Camps & Clinics
  • Camp fees are non-refundable once the program has begun.

  • If cancellation is requested more than 7 days before the camp start date, a 50% refund may be issued.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the camp start unless due to a verified medical reason.

  • In case of academy-initiated cancellations (e.g., weather or operational issues), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Tournament Entries
  • Tournament registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the academy.

  • If a player withdraws at least 72 hours before the tournament, we may allow a credit transfer toward a future event.

4. Method of Refund
  • All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Processing fees (if any) charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, subject to submission of valid documentation and academy approval.
